You can rent or purchase a personal Mastodon instance via your WHMCS client area. This gives you full control, including:

Custom domain or subdomain (e.g., social.yourdomain.com)

Full media folder management

Backups, restarts, and temp file cleanup
•
Optional billing and upgrade support
•
Federated with the wider Fediverse

???? Connect a domain you already own
You can bring your own domain and we will configure DNS, NGINX/Apache, and server provisioning accordingly.
???? How It Works Behind the Scenes
•
Each Mastodon server is portable and self-contained under your user directory or the central hosted directory including the media content.
•
Backups are generated automatically in backups folder as a .tar.gz compressed file incase a restore is needed.
•
Billing is for personal server: Internal servers (e.g. md.tappedin.fm, and mastodon.raywonderis.me) are free at this time, but may change in future.
•
You can choose how many server snapshots are stored.
This allows you to restore any time you need too if there's a problem.
