- Windows: FlexPhone Setup 1.0.0.exe
Installation
macOS:
- Open the DMG file
- Drag FlexPhone to Applications
- Right-click and select Open (first time only)
Windows:
- Run the installer
- Follow the setup wizard
- Launch from Start Menu
Account Configuration
- Open FlexPhone Settings
- Enter your SIP credentials:
- Username: Your extension number
- Password: SIP password (from client area)
- Server: pbx.devine-creations.com
- Port: 5060 (UDP) or 5061 (TLS)
- Click Register
- Status will show Registered when connected
Making Calls
- Enter the number or extension in the dial pad
- Click the call button or press Enter
- Use the on-screen controls for mute, hold, transfer
Troubleshooting
- Registration failed: Check username/password and server address
- No audio: Check microphone permissions in System Preferences
- Call drops: Try using TCP or TLS transport instead of UDP
