PBX Services: setup, management, and troubleshooting
PBX services provide extensions, queues, IVR routing, voicemail, device registration, and calling features for supported accounts.
- Use Flex Phone for desktop client access where available.
- Use your PBX portal or account instructions for extension activation.
- For registration timeouts, include the PBX domain, extension, transport, and network type.
- For audio problems, include the selected input/output devices and whether the call was internal or external.
