Getting Started with eCripto
eCripto (ECRP) is the native cryptocurrency on the eCripto Network (Chain ID: 47828). You can create and manage your wallet through the web app or desktop application.
Creating Your Wallet
Option 1: Web App
- Visit ecripto.app
- Click Create New Wallet
- Important: Save your recovery phrase securely - this is the only way to recover your wallet
- Your wallet address will be displayed (starts with 0x...)
Option 2: Desktop App
- Download from ecripto.app/downloads
- Install for your platform (macOS, Windows, or Linux)
- Launch the app and select Create Wallet
- Secure your recovery phrase offline
Claiming Faucet Rewards
New users can claim free ECRP tokens from the faucet:
- Click the Faucet option in your wallet
- Enter your wallet address
- Claim up to 10 ECRP per day
