  • Use public OpenLink domains and generated HTTPS links for client-facing connection pages.
  • Advanced signal-server settings are only for custom or enterprise installs.
  • Use support tickets for remote-support scheduling, install help, or permission problems.

Legacy Remote Incident Manager notes may still appear in older tickets, but current support should prefer OpenLink or the support method named by your technician.
