How to access cPanel, domains, DNS, and Installatron
For hosting accounts, start in the client portal and open the active hosting service. Use the cPanel login link there when available.
- Domains and DNS: manage nameservers, DNS records, redirects, and domain contact details from the client portal or cPanel, depending on the service.
- Email: create mailboxes, forwarders, filters, and mail client settings from cPanel.
- Installatron: install and maintain WordPress or other supported web apps from cPanel.
- SSL: SSL is normally handled automatically. If a certificate warning appears, open a support ticket with the exact domain and browser message.
If you are not sure which panel to use, open the service in the client portal first. That keeps changes tied to the right account.
