Domain management
Domain registration, transfers, DNS, nameservers, and renewals are managed from the client portal when the domain is attached to your account.
- Use the client portal domain page for nameservers, WHOIS/contact details, renewal status, and available DNS tools.
- Domains may be registered through Enom or another registrar depending on where they were purchased.
- If a domain belongs to a client account, support should keep it attached to that account unless the owner requests a transfer.
If DNS changes do not appear to work, include the domain, record name, expected value, and where you checked it.
