cPanel access
Open your hosting service in the client portal and use the cPanel login link for the correct account. cPanel is used for files, email, databases, DNS tools, SSL status, backups, and app installers.
- Use File Manager or SSH/SFTP only for the account you own or manage.
- Use Installatron for supported web-app installs and updates.
- Use the SSL/TLS and Domains tools to check certificates and domain routing.
If login fails, open a support ticket with the domain and account name. Do not send passwords.
