Flex Phone and Flex PBX access
Flex Phone is the desktop SIP client used with Flex PBX services. Flex PBX provides extensions, queues, IVR routing, voicemail, SMS or messaging where enabled, and call-management features.
Signing in
- Use the extension or account details provided by your administrator or registration email.
- If device authorization is required, follow the email or browser approval link and then return to Flex Phone.
- If registration times out, include the PBX domain, extension number, and whether you are on the private mesh network in your support ticket.

- Devine Creations production PBX: pbx.devinecreations.net
- TappedIn production PBX: pbx.tappedin.fm
- Development/download backend: flexpbx.devinecreations.net
Do not post SIP passwords in tickets. Support can reset or reissue credentials if needed.
